Hey, did everyone go to the parade without me? Well, the parade is going on now- unfortunately no one is carrying it locally here, but that's no surprise being that most of the TV stations are most likely liberally run. And Fox..... Fox is covering the 26th anniversary of Elvis's death (well here & there)- but *come on*.....*this* isn't more important than a guy who has been dead for 26 years???? I'm not an Elvis fan so maybe I just don't understand it, but I would think this is more important than that. I'm looking out of one of the hatches as I type & my hubby's about halfway up the 75 foot mast. Niall is helping him out this weekend. Our DirecTV guide is still funky, and their customer so-called-support was no help- they only wasted about 50 minutes of our time this morning and only told us the obvious- that we need to adjust our dish which we already know. The guide just doesn't seem to work very well on the local channels. I *did* find the guide online though, and according to it, there's no local coverage of the parade. I'll check out the local news later and see if they have anything.
