Hey gals! It's been a busy day....cleaning & we put a new kitchen faucet in (you'd have to have seen the old one to know what a relief this is). We just got done eating dinner (at 9:50). We had, shall I say, an enlightening call from Kevin's son so we were on there for quite awhile (hence the late dinner....). Looks like it's been hopping here today! :-D

Jen- Girl, I hear ya about the overwhelming skepticism- that's how I'm thinking. I guess when it finally shows up, it'll be really good! It's a deal- I'll try if you try. Ooh Pilates! I have a book, but it's so hard to work out to a book. They do look like great exercises though. I need to exercise tomorrow- even though I was on the move all day doing stuff around here, I think I need to do the real exercising- tapes or walking. Exercise is one of the best things to do to lose weight- they always encouraged us in Wt. Watchers to exercise, 'cause even with losing the weight with the diet, you need to tone it otherwise it'll just hang & still be flabby. I'm glad the journal's helping! :-D I may be on IM tomorrow...Wow- that emode test *was* scary, huh! From what I know, it sounds a lot like you! I'm really surprised mine didn't come out as reflective- that's more like me I think.

Sherry- glad you liked the concert (despite the DC traffic). Yeah- I was finding peace in going through stuff today and cleaning. (Seriously!) I was one of those who finds cleaning therapeutic.....or at least it was until I looked around & it didn't look much better than when I began LOL! We just need to take 4 boxes to storage & *then* it'll look better. ;-D LMAO- Chuck E Cheese = insane. I think all adults that go there with their kids or others' kids think the same thing: "when can I get OUT of HERE..." Aw....man.....I missed him on Fox Report??? Damn traffic! We didn't get home till after 5 yesterday- the normal 45 min commute took almost an hour & a half plus we had to stop by the store. Bummer. Tuesday, though......he should be on doing the Jessica Lynch homecoming- Ladies, start your VCRs! ;-D Oh yeah! I got your email- I'll reply tomorrow- after this post I gotta get some sleep....even though I'm wide awake now. Oh well- better insomnia tonight than tomorrow (Sunday).

Jan- I'm sorta like that too- blessed in the not-sick-very-often dept. Just the old sinuses & allergies.... That's what I was thinking too- is that something came up and he didn't get a chance yet to mail it out. How many Monday's can a person look forward too- LMAO! That's so true, huh! I hadn't thought of that.....it's been a long time (if ever?) that I've looked forward to Monday. YAY that your marathon days are over! I love it- "interstate to incomprehension"- I'm going to have to remember that one.... Uh-oh. Triple dog dare.....this could be serious! That is odd. Covering a bears in the woods story in dress clothes..... should have been jeans ALL THE WAY! ;-D I had to laugh at the "migraine waiting to happen" & "knickers in a knot" phrases- I'm going to have to remember those too! LOL! I'm really wishing hard for Monday too. Sounds like you had a great time today!

Melissa- Ouch- that's heat for there! And with the humidity I'm sure it doesn't help at all. No A/C- you poor girl! Sounds like you had a great time at the BBQ talking to Nick! (I had to say "oooh noooo" when I saw the "girlfriend" word....) Sounds like you're going to have a great time with your uncle & cousins visit! At least the evening & the upcoming game (well, it's over now since you wrote that yesterday) are exciting and something to look forward to after a rough day! :-D LMAO- yeah- you pulled a me alright- but I guess at least I haven't (at least not yet) been actually holding a floppy- LOL!

Leslie- I'm glad you're better- hope your strength returns soon too! I've seen it (MIB II)- and it's not pretty! (Although I like the description- it fits). **Still** ROFLMAO about the tight butts & Brooke thing (not necessarily one & the same mind you)!! **whines** but I *don't* want to play nice!! LOL!! I'm laughing so hard, I'm coughing...*gasp* LOL! You'd think I'd be used to the heat- it did cool off the last day or so- today was much better. That summer in Amarillo sounds like it was miserable- poor thing! LOL about the email you have saved to send to Rick....what does it say again? Hehehe

Denise- Good luck on the search if you decide to go down that path- half the battle is finding something you like to do (that's my problem anyway- if I knew what I wanted to do, I'd do it....but I don't). LOL- I think I'm on the aforementioned "interstate to incomprehension"..... I forget now if you said you got your pic yet....I think it was on the same day that I re-requested mine that you also got an email from him asking you if you got yours..... no offense, but I hope you haven't gotten it yet, 'cause that will give me hope that maybe he *did* send them later than we thought he would instead of it just being lost in the mail (again)...... Hehe- that'd be cool- a pic *with* him - I'll be sure to bring my skanky hat- LOL! I'll prolly start reading the "Atlas Shrugged" book after a couple of others that I'm wanting to start. Still need to read the Harry Potters too. I know what you mean about the whole artist thing and how they take it personally when people question *them* about what they say. It's odd, when you mentioned that Blair's son was studying the American Revolution, it dawned on me that other countries are learning about our history, and how strange it must seem when the English read about the Am. Rev....I mean, I'm sure they see it a totally different way....*wow* it's just like an epiphany all of a sudden - just another way of seeing it. We've seen it our way, the way we've learned it but others are learning about it too, but they see it differently than we do I think. I've just never really thought about it before. Could be the Merlot.....but I just *love* these little eye openers....

Jayel- Was Rick on Big Story w/Rita? I think we had it on, but with the sound down. I think today is the first day since God knows when (March?) that I've put CDs in instead of having Fox News on all day. It was still on, but the sound was down. Oooohhh thanks for the Fox Fan Central thing- I'll have to check that out tomorrow (well later on today, since it's now 12:14 AM....) I wish they'd send Greg home (for Jen's sake) & send Rick there (for our sake) so we could see him more. Actually, I'm concerned about everything going on over there and our guys (military & Fox) being over there. Even Jen Ecc in Liberia- it sounds scary- she was saying that there were attacks at night (including rapes). It was just really creepy. Hope they all stay safe overseas. Good point about sending $$$ to foreign countries and making our guys go without stuff....I think we send WAY more than we should. (Not to mention that we have our own troubles at home that we need the $$$ for- when was the last time someone helped US out monetarily wise?

OK- I need to try to go to sleep. It's funny- around noon I was thinking "wow, I'm really accomplishing a lot". By 7, it was: "OMG- it's *7* already?? I still need to vacuum, shower, eat" and then the *phone rings* *twice* and before I knew it we were eating at nearly 10:00. No wonder I have insomnia LOL! Anyway.....I'm going to sign off for the night (morning?) and I'll check in earlier tomorrow er, today. Can you tell I'm not used to being up this late on the computer? LOL
Have a good one- and behave! >;-D
