Wow- it's a ghost town here this afternoon/evening! I'm kicking back nursing a margarita (I toasted you Jen since you're unable to have any yet and I had a few sips for ya!

Jen- I'm sorry you've got the oompas, I hope you feel better soon! I appreciate what you said :-D! I may just take you up on that ear! I'm trying not to give up, but it's discouraging when not only one but now two haven't shown up. I'm running out of ways to request it. BUT, I am hoping that *maybe* he mailed it out *this* week since something may have come up and he couldn't do it last week. I guess I'll see what happens next week & then figure out what to do.....I may take Leslie up on that offer again after all LOL! I certainly wish you were shaky & feverish over Greg on TV rather than the oompa'ing. They say that yoga is a really good form of exercise- I want to get something on DVD but need to move some stuff around first....complicated but our dvd player is run to the back TV and we need a splitter to get it to the other tv in the 'living room' which happens to sit right next to the DVD player.....lol- don't ask. It's about the same reason why I can't get the two vcrs put together to edit tapes.... Journals are *awesome* I've always kinda kept one since I was about 14, but whenever I've had something exciting or excruciatingly sad or emotional to write about (or just because) I've written in them. I think you'll find comfort in it- I know I do. Glad the training went well! Stay away *far away* from the fruit punch protein!

Nan- You poor thing! Stay cool (I know- easier said than done). Our power cost here is just obscene- I agree with you. I can't imagine what it costs to run AC in the summer & then heat in the winter. When we were in a house, the heat cost wasn't too bad, but then that was 4 years ago. Yep- the only thing that sounds good when it's hot is ice cream. Or just ice in general. Sorry about the temperature... what I really hate is just the trying to go to sleep at night when it's 85 inside (while it's 77 outside) at 10:00 at night. You'd think the water would keep the boat cooler (since the water's like 65 degrees), but it actually doesn't- it's weird. In the winter time it gets freezing in here, but we have a diesel heater that warms it up fairly well. I'm just a wuss when it comes to heat- must be the 25 years I put in in AZ- LOL. I like the Fox Casual Friday (FCF) idea.....ohhh yeaaaahhhhhh.......

Jan- How scary about the security level- and now there's the missing explosives from CO & CA. Isn't that just creepy when you hear that stuff is being taped like that? That freaked me out when they said someone had done the same thing with the Golden Gate bridge here. Creepy doesn't begin to describe it. About the dream....guilty as charged.....if it's any consolation I think it was kind of a work dream for me- on a wild tangent. I dreamed about work again last night- I was trying to do a few endorsements that they needed ASAP. I think that was just before I woke up. I'm sure Rick was nowhere to be found. :-( It didn't feel like a premonition to me though- other than a premonition that I've been giving too much attention to work- lol! Awww....I liked the wishes part- "if wishes were signed Rick pics, you'd be overwhelmed".....*sigh* what a nice image....overwhelmed with Rick LOL

Oh no, Leslie! Sleeping on the tile floor in the bathroom can only mean one thing......I hope you're feeling better!! I can't even imagine what'd be like to be sick with two little girlies running around let alone with the stomach flu. How ever did you manage??? ROFLMAO about the "BOHICA" I'm gonna have to remember that one! Funny how you say "not genteel" - Kevin hates it when I put it that way- he says it's not ladylike. But, yeah, sometimes it's the best I can come up with. Take care of yourself and get well soon!

Sherry- thanks again for the yummylicious pics!
