Aw...geez....I didn't get up in time to see hot Toddie.....but I'm sure he'll be on again. Maybe during Studio B or Fox Report. I turned on the TV around 8:15 or so.
EDIT: My computer was doing that weird thing where I get bounced everywhere when I'm typing, so I rebooted. I'm sure they'll show Todd again later- I was wondering what happened with the pizza story as I haven't heard word one about it since I've been watching this morning. That story is soooo weird and makes me very thankful that I don't have that kind of job. Kevin worried about his other son (Walden) when he was doing pizza delivery. He's now working for Baker's Square- no delivering. Great news- I wore my hard lenses yesterday for 8 hours and went on my walk with them in. It was too late to put my other ones in last night so that's why I didn't post last night (well, other than the late late one). I've been so lazy this weekend- Saturday was cleaning day, yesterday I shopped online for latch hook rug kits (Sherry- see how bad I am?? I think you had mentioned the hobbies & stuff before). I have so many that I haven't done yet, but some of these were soooo cute I couldn't resist. I found one on Ebay that was just beautiful, but when the bid went up to $61 I thought, "no way.". This was a 1/3 finished rug and ended up closing at $96. Insane. It started at $9.99 I think. I also made some pumpkin bread yesterday- a great way to kick off fall. I just *love* fall! Today I'll be helping Kevin here & there but mainly just kicking back and starting yet another latch hook rug for Kevin's daughter and granddaughter. Heather just loves elephants and I found a cute one that would be great for her daughter's room.
Jayel- I think you're right on the vacations ending- I feel that too. I'm going to start setting the VCR more & I'm going to actively start pushing for a TIVO. Especially with football season starting, and the pile up of shows on Thursday night (too many that I want to see & they're all on at the same time). As you gals with satellite prolly know, you can't watch something & tape something else. I definitely like Rick more casual than suited up. Actually, we can probably say that about most of the guys! :)
Sherry- No kidding, huh! That party was probably a blast! Thanks for sharing that- it didn't occur to me to tape Fox & Friends, LOL- I really thinking that lately I'm a day late & a dollar short :-P *agonizes* I know- Rick in jeans......he looked good that one time I saw him. I'm still bumming that I missed that yesterday, but I guess that's what imaginations are for. :) Adam's been on a lot today :) It's nice to have time alone sometimes. You sound like me- why do the cleaning until later? LOL Actually for me it would depend on how long it's been and how much it's bothering me at the time. I've been compared to 'Monica' on "Friends"- a total neatnik. I have 'areas' I need to work on in the boat, and I am, slowly. Countertop clutter drives me crazy- and it's always his stuff- odds & ends that I have no idea what to do with. Notes, parts, tools. Absolutely drives me nuts. But then, I'm sure my boxes of books & needlework stuff and stacks of magazines drive him crazy too LOL! LMAO about the computer wallpaper!! Now, if my hubby saw that he'd be "who the hell is that" but I don't know that he'd laugh all that much- he would, but then he'd be like, "you'd rather look at them than me, huh?" LOL, he just doesn't get into the whole hottie thing. I'm going to have to remember that though when I get a new laptop (at some point) and Windows XP. And as if the regular Christy Lane ads weren't enough....they're running a CHRISTMAS CHRISTY LANE ad now. Scary.
Jan- Yeah, he does look great in jeans- he has the right physique for them. Nah, he'd have to wear a SF Giants cap LOL! Just kidding! Sorry about your headache- I sometimes get those on Saturday mornings 'cause I'm making up for the lost sleep during the week and then overdo it. Rainy days are *excellent* excuses for slothing around! :) It really sounds like you folks in the midwest are getting pounded by storms this summer! Is it more than normal or is it just that I'm paying more attention to that part of the country? From what you said, it sounds like you needed the rain! LOL, I think we could all use the vacation time that Shep gets! :) It's well deserved, but dang, it's just not the same without him. I still *love* that poem you wrote- I'm in complete awe whenever I come across that (I printed out the page). Don't feel bad, I haven't gotten a response to my 'thank you'- most of the emails I got were because I hadn't received the photo yet. He may still reply but I'm not going to count on it- but like you said, it's all good. I told Teri I'd send a request for her, but I'm afraid he's going to think, "oh NO, not her again!!" LOL. Teri's still Fox-less & internet/computer-less. Your poor doggie! Funny how cats seem to "rule the roost", huh! As my hubby always says, "who's owning who?".
JEN!! I got your email- I'm gonna reply today- PROMISE!! Sounds like you are being kept super busy with school. It's gotta be a great feeling to be fluent enough in French to be able to drop the class though!! *happy dance for Jen!* I had a Russian instructor like that who was miles ahead of where we all were. Needless to say many (including myself) dropped the class. 10 minutes away.....oh my! Don't listen to Amanda! I'm sure she's joking (good naturedly) with you. I'm sorry to hear that your mom doesn't like your friend. Maybe she'll change her mind over time! Congrats on the further weight loss & condolences on the frothing- I hope that's only temporary! I see that Guess still hasn't lowered their prices on jeans- I think they were around $60 when I was just out of high school (1986). I broke down & bought a pair and they were always too tight, so I rarely wore them. I used to kick myself for that- $60 was a lot of money when I was only making $3.50/hr at at part time job LOL.
Nan- that's cute that your son finds your Fox Hottie interest amusing! I'm sure my stepsons would find it amusing too....but the hubby prolly wouldn't be so amused. He would be, but not as much as the stepsons. Oooh I used to love playing Free Cell at my job two jobs ago. That was a tough one to figure out, but once I did, it was a blast. That dream....it's still going over & over in my head. I'm surprised I didn't "continue" it the last couple of nights. I just couldn't believe that I actually finally had a dream worth noting LOL! I watched part of my tape from Friday- I see a little curl peeking out from the back too. I'm afraid of watching the rest of it right now since he was on earlier this morning. I'm waiting for the update on the pizza guy thing. I just realized that Dayside wasn't on today. I didn't realize that it was after 11:00- last time I looked it was 9:30 or so LOL.
I think that catches me up. Now I'm off to catch up on my emails. Hope everyone's having a great 'laborfree' day!
