I saw a re-run of last years Correspondents Dinner (I think it was that anyways.) And G.W. Bush spoke at the beginning and showed a slide show of pictures from the White House. It was HILARIOUS. Our Prez has quite the sense of humor. It must be a Texan thing, righ Leslie?

I finally e-mailed Rick. I kind of wrote one "on the spot" today at work and it came out really good I think. Casual, but not too much so. I did casualy say in the e-mail: "I was actually shocked to see that you aren't covering the Martha Stewart story today. You did such a wonderful job in Iraq; I'm surprised the powers that be aren't running you ragged with work." We'll see if he replies tomorrow. I'll be able to check my e-mail every five minutes tomorrow, since it's my mothers day off and I can use her computer all I please. =)

Natalie, I actually thought you were serious about Rick L. supposed to be subbing for Shep. I was like "WHAT, then why wasn't he on?!" LOL I'm just getting bad now. I wouldn't even be this way if they didn't deprive us of him so much. LOL
